( he'd been fine with keeping his hands to himself last time but he's glad he doesn't have to do that again. he doesn't know if he could especially since they were both clear headed (save for some alcohol) and choosing this of their own volition. )

( touch her, do what she'd done to him, all of it. he wants to be distracted and he wants to distract her. he wants something nice, something good here.

the elevator keeps dinging and he glances over at her, unable to not smile a bit. )

Good, [ she echoes, her cheeks flushing slightly as they settle the plan, so to speak, between them. for a moment, she considers kissing him right then, when he looks at her with that smile. but then the elevator dings, so instead, she moves to take his hand and guide him to the door of her apartment.

the moment they get to it, she turns to him with an expression meant to challenge him.]

What do you want to do right now?

Right now?

( right now, he can feel his skin buzzing in anticipation of her opening that door and them doing what it is two adults are allowed to do when they want to.

but, she's not opening the door. instead, she's asking him that question and, for a second, his mind blanks. he tends to overthink things but his mind's blank.

so, he uses that to his advantage and steps closer to her, keeping his hand in hers and stepping in until his lips are barely a hairs breadth from hers. )

I want to kiss you. ( he doesn't just yet, waiting to make sure she wants it too. )

Okay, [ she murmurs the words, her expression somehow managing to be both shy and teasing. her free hand moves to his side and pull him closer as her other hand reaches behind him to get the door open, her lips hovering close to his.]

Then kiss me.

( that's really all he needs. his lips curve into a smile just a few seconds before his lips are on hers. the last time he'd seen her, they hadn't really done this. it had gone from zero to...very, very fast in a matter of seconds so kissing hadn't really been on the table.

so, he savors it right now. he thinks that things will pick up quickly even now, tonight, but he savors.

marcos leans into her, one hand around her waist and the other against the door, careful not to put too much weight on it so he doesn't fall when she opens the door. )

[ they'd only exchanged maybe one kiss last time, when she said goodbye but that had been intentional on her part. and that's what makes this kiss so nice. she feels a wave of want surge through the moment their mouths connect.

her fingers fumble at the door for a moment as she kisses him back before she manages to get it open and they kind of stumble, a little, into it. she grins against his lips, noticing that Moose isn't there immediately to get underfoot which means he and Reggie are gone.

she closes the door with her foot behind them and moves to pull him close again.]

( she opens the door and he doesn't stumble, keeping his mouth pressed against hers as they move their way inside. he doesn't hear a dog coming to run up against them either it's gone or sleeping.

either one's good with marcos because his attention is elsewhere. now that their inside, he gets both of his arms around her, pulling her close just as he does him.

the kiss deepens, grows a little more urgent. his own desire grows and he pours all of that into the kiss. )

[ for a moment, she keeps her focus on the kiss, on him. but she knows she doesn't want to linger in the foyer in case reggie is home. she might like to be watched but she doesn't want to be right now.

so after a few moments of being kissed and enjoying it, she pulls back just enough to whisper.] My room is right over there, [ the words come out breathless as she grabs one of his hands to pull him towards her bedroom. she hasn't changed much from what was given to her by the city other than a few accent pieces here and there and there's a stack of books on the floor the bed as tall as she is.

once she gets them into the room with no time to delay and closes the door behind them, she pulls him back into another kiss, her voice a playful whisper into his mouth.] So this is my room.

( he's barely gotten a chance to look around the room before his focus is right back on her, someone that he knows is very nice. he'll look at her room later. right now, he licks his way into another kiss, arms winding around her waist to try and pull her back against him. )

You'll have to give me some decorating tips.

( because his apartment in the down was a mess, sparse and utilitarian, and it would probably stay that way. )

Later, though. ( later when they're done being all over each other. )

[ her fingers stay curled in the fabric of his shirt from where she pulled him in as he wraps his arms around her again and kisses her.

she hums softly at his words, too distracted to tell him that she hadn't been the one to pick the decor. it really didn't matter right now, not when he's kissing her and she can help inch their way towards the bed.]

Later, [ she agrees before one hand moves to try to start tugging at his shirt, trusting that if and when he wants to he could start divesting her of her own clothing.]

( oh, he wants. he wants but he's willing to step back for the barest of seconds so she can pull his shirt off. she's lucky that he hasn't layered too much today so that she can just strip him of his shirt and he's half naked. )

You're gonna have to help me...figure this thing out.

( he laughs under his breath, hands reaching for the straps of the dress. he doesn't want to be the cause of any lost buttons or ripped threads or anything like that. )

Just give me a few pointers and I'll get it.

( he peers up at her, smirking and leans forward to try and catch a kiss before he goes to work on her clothes. )

[ her hands move to touch his bare chest, greedily. fingertips slide over the skin there as he moves to touch her clothing and makes it clear he might need a little guidance on how to get them off her. she lets out an amused breath because it's fair.

she steals a kiss of her own before she leans in, one hand tilting his head so she can press her lips just beneath his ear.] Zipper on the side then pull the whole thing up and off.

Yeah, got it.

( that's all he really needs from her before his fingers move to find that zipper and once he does, he pulls it down and then does exactly as she's said, pulling it up and off before tossing it aside.

as soon as he does that, he can't stop himself from stepping back against, fitting his mouth against hers again and kissing her hard, hands coming up to cradle her cheeks and brush her hair back behind her ears as his mouth works against hers.

he needs to take more of her clothes off but kissing. he just wants to kiss her. )

[ she pays absolutely no mind to where either his shirt or her dress goes in their attempts to get each other naked. she simply enjoys the way he seems unable to stop kissing her and she wonders, briefly, if it's because during their whole encounter last time, they didn't.

and while she doesn't regret how things played out, she's certainly glad to be kissing him now, yielding to him for now as he guides the tempo of the kiss. however, her hands do slide down his sides to his pants, fingers toying with his waistband.

it's then she remembers that the moment he gets her shirt off, he'll see just how bad the bruising on her neck is. she hadn't bothered covering the disturbingly and distinctly hand-shaped marks that had formed with makeup given she's wearing a turtleneck.]

( she has bruising on her neck and he's still healing from the various scratch marks he'd gotten when he'd run into lorna a little while ago. they won't be as noticeable as the bruises but he knows they're there.

while her hands play at the waist of his pants, marcos' hands start to ease their way up and underneath her shirt, taking the fabric with it. it's not the best way to take her shirt off but it's what he's going with.

his fingers brush up against her bra and then, being a little more bold, he covers one of her breasts with his hand, squeezing a bit. he really just needs to take her damn shirt off.

in a second. )

[ she presses closer when she feels the warmth of his hands against her skin, just beneath her shirt. her eyes flutter and she draws a breath in, pressing a series of kisses to his lips.

and once his hand wanders high enough, she pulls back from his mouth to help him get her shirt off. he might feel patient enough to keep on kissing her but she wants to feel his skin pressed against her own. and as she pulls the shirt off and tosses it, taking another step back to the edge of the bed, climbing on top of it and scooting back until she's half way on the bed.]

Do you me a favor? Take your pants off and get over here.

( when she pulls away from that kiss, marcos leans forward, trying to chase it but she's already moving, stripping off and climbing onto the bed. he stands there, shirtless, and unable to not look at her.

he sees the bruises, yes, and he wants to ask but...he thinks this might not be the right time. he doesn't want to ruin the mood. he doesn't want to upset her.

so, after a second where he just stares at her, he does start undoing his jeans. he kicks them aside once they're around his ankles, leaving his boxers on as he moves to climb onto the bed after her.

he moves up beside her, draping one arm around her waist and pressing his a kiss against her jaw. )

Hey.

[ she has no desire to avert her gaze as he strips out of his jeans, similarly captivated by his movements as he was by hers. her gaze slides along the length of his body for the moment he's standing there before he climbs onto the bed to join her.]

Hey-- [ she murmurs, moving to kiss him again, although as she does so, she pulls him closer, sitting up a bit as she drags her hand along his side to touch him more.]

You're hot.

Uh, thanks.

( he sounds amused, a little breathless and taken aback by the compliment. he's never much cared what he looks like but he finds himself glad that she likes it.

reaching up, he strokes his fingers down her face but makes sure that he avoids her neck. he doesn't know if those bruises are still painful or if he'll trigger something loose if he touches her.

so, he just avoids it and curves his hand around her arm, drawing her closer to him. he tries to encourage her to hitch a leg over his hip so he can press closer while they're both on their sides. )

[ he shouldn't be taken aback, he's extremely handsome. although betty probably would have felt less awkward calling him handsome than she did calling him hot. the words, while absolutely true, didn't feel right to say but she tried her best to make it seem natural and well, using the word "hot" is better for this kind of moment, right?

before she can get more into her head, he moves to touch her more and very purposefully avoids her neck. she lets out a breath and lets him pull her closer, her leg curling around his as she inches closer.

she moves to take his hand and guide it up to her neck, drawing his fingers along her throat, eyes fluttering a little.]

It doesn't really hurt anymore-- [ she wants to make sure he knows he can touch her there, perhaps a little more gingerly than she might normally like. not that she thought breath-play would be on the table for them right. things have slowed down a little and while a small part of her, the part of her that puts on a facade of being uber-confident and kinky, wants things to speed back up, a bigger part of her thinks this is kind of nice, different from last time.]

It's from the attack but I'm okay. [ she murmurs the words before she lets go of his hand to let him do what he wants with it, her mouth pressing to his again for a slow, heated kiss.] I can cover it up if bothers you.

No, it's not that. I just didn't want to hurt you or make you remember...whatever happened.

( it only bothers him that it happened to her. he's not afraid of her the bruises and they definitely don't turn him off. when she guides his hand to her neck, he strokes his fingers gingerly along the bruises, taking them in but making sure he's gentle, easy with his touch.

his eyes flutter closed when she kisses him and his hand stays against her neck, still very careful with the touch even if the kiss is deeper, more intense. )

You don't have to cover yourself up. ( he murmurs the words against her lips. ) You're fine.

[if she were being honest, she wouldn't really know what to do if he'd asked her to cover up. put on a scarf? it doesn't matter because he doesn't and he explains why avoided touching her there, both reasons she'd already assumed were true. she hums softly into his mouth, stealing another kiss to answer his words.

shifting more against him, she does grind her hips just a touch, experimenting on how that might draw a reaction out of him. wanting to set him in the direction of being as breathless and wanting as he'd been the other night.]

( it's a good move. he doesn't want to dwell on the bruises on her neck and he's pretty sure she won't want to do that either. so, before he can take be the proactive one, she takes the initiative and grinds against him.

it gets a quick reaction from him and he leans towards her in reaction, fitting his mouth to hers and giving her a little push she ends up on her back and he can crawl on top of her, settling his hips against and rocking against her.

they're still wearing too many clothes but it's still good, still makes him moan against her mouth. )

[ after being in complete control during their last encounter, betty wants to see how marcos truly likes doing things. and the way she rolls her hips gives her an answer as he rolls them so she's on her back, a soft sound of amusement muffles itself into their kiss.

he slots himself between her legs and gives a firm rock of his hips in answer to her enticement and her hands move to settle on his sides, fingers curling as she tries to encourage him to do it again.

yeah, there are still layers separating their bodies but far less than before and she's enjoying the way things are going. she lets one hand move to the back of his head to clutch at his hair as she tries to deepen the kiss, licking into his mouth as her hips flex.]

( he doesn't need much encouragement to do it again, pressing his hips against hers once again and holding there for a few seconds before easing up and breathing a little quicker against her mouth.

he takes his mouth away from hers and drags it gently down her neck, knowing he's moving over bruises. he keeps the touch on her neck light but counters it with another firm press of his hips to hers, feeling himself getting harder and harder with each touch and shift.

he kisses the curve of her shoulder and then comes back up to try and catch a messy kiss from her. )
